  • Build meaningful relationships with the developer community by engaging with their questions, pain points, and ideas through Northflank support channels, social channels, and developer sites like Hacker News and Reddit.

  • Drive conversations with our community about our product, trending topics in DevOps, and the cloud native ecosystem.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our community presence and developer trust (industry events, conferences, co-marketing partnerships, etc.).

  • Communicate developer pain points and feedback to the rest of the GTM team.

  • Work with our engineering team to promptly respond to customer queries, feedback, and reported bugs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years full-stack engineering experience (JS/TS, Kubernetes, Docker, Heroku, or equivalent).

  • Ability to write high-quality and easy to read code across multiple tech stacks.

  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes/containerization and cloud computing technologies, including hands-on experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Exceptional technical writing and presentation skills, with a proven ability to create engaging content for a developer audience.

  • Passion for teaching technical content to diverse audiences.

  • A track record of building and nurturing communities, both online and offline.

  • Experience organizing or launching community initiatives (social channels, online forum, events, newsletters).

  • Willingness to travel to attend conferences, meetups, and other industry events.

  • Fluency in English to effectively serve our international user-base.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a similar role within the technology industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management, SEO and/or online marketing channels.

  • Familiarity with developer relations toolchains and best practices for tracking and measuring the success of advocacy efforts.

  • Experience with design or video-editing tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro).

We offer a competitive salary, equity, and benefits package, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup at the forefront of the cloud-native revolution.

If you are passionate about infrastructure software and want to join a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
